I cannot wait until tomorrow. I cannot wait because yesterday we spent at least 4 hours handmaking pierogi. Delicious. Wish I had remembered my camera to document the experience, but I probably would not have been in such a creative mood after dough batch 6. I don't know how many batches of dough we actually made, but wow. There were a lot of pierogi!
Then, my in-laws watched the kids for us last night so Jer and I could have a much needed date night! I absolutely love hanging with my husband and I am totally enamored with him! We watched, The Book Of Eli. Highly recommend that movie! I'd love to go on, but I don't want to be a spoiler!
Today we're headed to my sister in law's cheerleading competition. The kids are goign to wear their I <3 AUNT JENNA shirts in support! It should be a fun day. Just pray the kids cooperate for me! And, I cannot forget my camera for this one!
Lastly, just something that has been on my mind... Anabelle's fingers... I haven't mentioned it to many people, but Anabelle's thumbs don't completely straighten out. Its gotten progressively worse and, sad to say, I have no clue when this happened. I suppose we noticed just after her 3rd Birthday, or about there. I've always assumed it was harmless, but (also sad to say) I finally decided to google it and have possibly found otherwise. There is a thing called congenital trigger finger. I don't to jump the gun and I definitely don't want to be that person who self-diagnoses over the internet, but it seems like it is a very good possibility. We go to the doctor on Tuesday for Coop's 4 yr appointment (yes, it is almost 2 months late... OOPS) and Lennon's 4 month appointment (yes, it is just 2 days short of him being 5 mos), so I am goign to have the doc check out Belle's hands at that point. I'm speculating we'll be sent to a hand doctor if, in fact, this is what I'm thinking it is.
My children are awake, which means that the barrage of requests (milk, cereal, clothes, butt wiping, kisses, etc) is going to start at any moment!

A Day Late and A Dollar Short
If you are close to me, you know that I am perpetually late for things. When there is something important, I always set my goal time to leave at least a half an hour earlier than I actually have to leave, which generally works. So, I guess this is why my New Year's Resolution to keep up with my blog and to pursue my project 365 diligently, is being started on January 21st. Better late than never, right?
So, today is 1/365. I probably should be fair and post a portrait of my first-born, but he's been less than cooperative lately when I pull out my camera, not to mention he's at school today. So, today Lennon gets the spotlight.
And with that, I suppose this post should come to an end... Imagine that sweet little face giving that sweet little stare, only this time he's screaming. My cue to vamoose!
